As we rely on technology in everyday life. The last thing you want is to be given a technology item that is brand new or handed down and you have no idea how to use it or set it up.

This is when you call your My Tech Friend.

So what kind of support do I offer?

Laptop and Desktop Computers

  • Set up your new device

  • Back up your files in the unlikely case of your computer dying

  • Make sure you have enough space on your hard-drive for your files

  • Copy of move photos from your computer or mobile phone to your hard-drive for safe keeping

Phones/Tablets

  • Set up your new device

  • Troubleshoot any problem you have with your phone or tablet

  • Install apps onto your device

TV's or other Living Room Technology

  • Set up your new device - TV, gaming console etc

  • If you have any issues with your streaming service on your TV

  • Connect your TV to the internet

Home Visits

I can come visit you at your home in Newcastle or surrounding region (Hunter and Central Coast Region only)

My Prices

Traveling To You

15 minutes travel time is included as complimentary (based from Birmingham Gardens) and further travel time is priced proportionally at a rate of $30/hour.

If the session goes for 30mins, then you only pay for half of the fee.
